Spring Break is over and it’s time to buckle down and get registered for our 2019 season! Our summer swim season starts in 34 DAYS!

We have finally worked out all of the kinks in our new website (which is AWESOME by the way)!

Registration is now OPEN to all!

Please move through registration slowly and try to read everything (all of the notes). It is completely different from last year and the fee structure on the payment page is very different. You will need to read the notes to understand it all! There are also two different registration pages, one for RHOA members and a different one for Non Members. The fees are different so if you don’t pay attention it will really mess up things on our end.

PLEASE READ EVERYTHING!

Also, we would like to collect all payments and fees online this year to eliminate the endorsing and depositing of a bundle of checks. This does mean you will have some minimal fees associated with the online payments. We only raised our team MEMBERSHIP FEES by $5.00 this year to cover the increase imposed by the league. As such, we cannot afford to pay the CC fees for you without a loss.

IMPORTANT!!!!!!! When you register, you will notice that the pay page indicates an additional $300.00 charge. It APPEARS as though it is charging this when you click the “submit payment” button. It is NOT!! The $300.00 additional charge is simply an authorization you agree to allow IF you neglect ALL of your volunteer responsibilities for the season (which you won’t;-) Read more about this with your registration online. Again, it will NOT charge the $300.00 to your card when you submit your registration payment. This money will only be charged to your card later (if necessary) and only AFTER we have notified you about it;-)

If you need a team suit, you can order it on our website under the team gear tab. All of the options are pictured and this links you directly to our swimsuit provider.

While you are on the website, navigate through the tabs. They are 90% complete and include our calendar with meet schedule, volunteer info, direction links to away meets, and more! This website will truly be your ALL THINGS RACERS information center to help you throughout the summer swim season. Soon it will include photos of our meets and teammates and also a section specifically for new Racers (under swim meet 101) outlining meet expectations and everything you need to know to prepare to join us this summer!

We expect each family will need to work approximately 4 shifts this summer but can’t know for sure until we have completed a majority of registration (so we know how many families we have). It is likely that we will not open volunteer sign ups until the first week of practice and AFTER the mandatory Racer parent meeting on Sunday, May 5th at the clubhouse from 3:00 – 5:00 (please mark your calendars).
