The volunteer shift requirement will be communicated ahead of time and there will be an Open Enrollment period when you can select your own Volunteer shifts. However, after that period ends if your family has not selected the required minimum shifts, the volunteer coordinator will select the required # of shifts for you to meet the needs of the team.

We rely on Swimmer RSVPs to set entries. The final deadline for each meet will be Monday evening before each Thursday meet. You are able to RSVP for all meets before the season starts so can set up your whole summer all at once. Any swimmers not declared as "Attending" at the Monday evening deadline will not be entered into that week's meet. 

How to Declare Swimmer Availability for Meets and Sign up for Volunteer Shifts:

In order to plan each meet we need to know who is swimming. Your response is required, even if your swimmers are not available for the meet. Follow these instructions to set your availability for each of our Dual meets PLUS County.

1. Log into to our team site at rivermistracers.swimtopia.com or access the Swimtopia App. 
2. Click on Meets & Events → Event/Meet Calendar

1. Click on MEET ENTRY button
2. You will see all swimmers in your family listed
3. Click on the Edit button
4. Select a status for each of your swimmers. Feel free to enter any notes here for coach to see as he plans out each meet.

5. Hit the Save button

6. At the top of the page you will see a button to Sign up for job shifts. Click the button to enter the sign up pages. 

7. Select the parent and then the role that they will fulfill.

8. Save Assignments

8. Then hit the Return to Swim Meets link to repeat for each of the meets.
