Good evening Racers! 

Our first home meet is tomorrow night at HOME against Hannary Swim & Raquet Club! 

Set up begins at 4:00 

Warm Up begins at 5:00 

Please check in on the sign in sheet as you arrive (located between the gates). 

The swim boards will be hanging back in staging this year. 

Remember, we are now occupying what used to be the visitor side (parking lot side) of the pool and the bullpen will be located in the Pavillion. 

Our leadership Team will be wearing RED shirts for meets this year so we will be easy to find if you have any questions or need assistance. Jessica's shirt will say "People Mover" on the back in case you have questions regarding your shift work. 

YOU WILL NEED TO PRINT YOUR HEAT SHEET ATTACHED TO THIS EMAIL AND BRING IT WITH YOU! We will not be selling heat sheets this year. You can also download the SwimTopia app on your device for convenience. IT IS AWESOME! 

We are not expecting inclement weather until possibly Friday but just in case, please be sure you have signed up to recieve remind texts for 2019. It is not the same as last year. Instructions can be found on the bulletin board by the guard room. 

Please be careful not to park in the three reserved spots in front of the clubhouse. We have reserved these spots for leadership of the opposing team for their convenience. 

Simply elated that it's finally here! Racers are gonna rock 2019!!!
