Good Morning Racers! 

We have our last HOME meet this Thursday hosting North Forke Plantation! Our meet theme is Patriotic! Please come in whatever star spangled fun you can find! 

Remember that I won't be running the show this time due to our Summer Vacation. Stephanie Pingel and Mary Wilson will be in Charge. 

Set up team & Parking team begins at 4:00 Racers Warm Up begins at 5:00 Meet begins at 6:00 

Our Bullpen has been an issue all season long! We have a bullpen to help ENSURE that our Racers don't miss any of their events. It also frees up our families to fill necessary volunteer rolls around the pool at a meet. That said, it is VERY difficult to manage 110 kids under the age of 15 so the bullpen shift workers may need to be harsh at times. If they are not being harsh - they are NOT doing a good job! Also, these shift workers are NOT babysitters. If your child's behavior needs correcting, they will gently attempt to do so. If it does not work, they will be sent to you for correction. 

Additionally, Team leadership are NOT maids. At the end of the night, you are still responsible to ensure your children properly cleaned up the horrible messes they made during the meet. If your child does not keep a spotless room at home, you can bet they treat the bullpen the same way. If we cannot correct this issue, we will terminate our bullpen and you will need to work your shift AND manage to keep up with all of their events. Thank you for your cooperation. 

Remember to print your heat sheets when Stephanie email them out or now if they are attached. If you are working a bullpen or staging shift, you may want to print a copy to use in your shift work. 

PLEASE DON'T FORGET TO NOTIFY STEPHANIE, MARY, OR COACH DANNY IF YOU WILL NOT BE ATTENDING THE MEET THIS THURSDAY!!!!!! This is particularly important for the relays!
