Final regular season meet tonight!

Good Evening Racers!
We will have our final dual meet AWAY MONDAY night at Hannary West!
The address is 527 Emily Drive. Lilburn, Ga 30047
For away meets, visiting teams have a 5:30 warm up and a 6:00 start. Please plan to arrive by 5:15 to get set up and checked in with Jessica. Remember, she will have on her Red tank with "people mover" on the back. Make sure you check in with her even if you do not have a shift at this meet so she can check your kids in as well. Thanks!
Parking will be extremely limited. Prepare to park and "walk" quite a ways. Most opposing facilities are not blessed with generous parking like Rivermist! Remember as you park on the street NOT to block any driveways and please only park on one side of the street so that emergency vehicles can pass through if needed. I believe that Hannary will have signs out noting which side of the street parking is allowed. If this is the case, let's please follow their requests and guidelines;-) And allow enough time to walk a ways and still be IN the pool area by 5:15 PM at the latest.

We have not heard from the opposing team so I do not know what type of concessions will be offered.
They have not sent us an email version of the heat sheet so please be prepared to purchase a heat sheet when you arrive. They are usually $2.00.
There will be NO BULLPEN tonight! Please have your children sit with you. You will need to be watchful of the staging numbers to help them make it to each of their events on time.
*** If you are scheduled to work first shift bullpen - you will be shifted over to timing to be trained on that skill for next season. (You will be paired with one of our most experienced timers for training;-)
If you are not attending tonight's meet for any reason, please be sure to let Coach Danny know before the meet begins so that he can alter the relays as needed. You can text him at 678-895-4334. Thank you!

**** All Racers who have been notified of County qualifying, we will practice in the morning from 8:00 - 10:00 BEFORE donuts and ribbons.
6 & under 8:00 - 8:30
7 - 8 yrs 8:00 - 8:30
9 - 10 yrs 8:00 - 9:00
11 - 12 yrs 9:00 - 10:00
13 - 18 yrs 9:00 - 10:00
