Getting to the Meet
Arrival and swim times:
It is crucial that your swimmer meets the group on the lawn in front of the CRC (Aquatic Center) by the arrival time listed below. Coach Zach will be holding up a blue Racers sign. The whole team must enter the building together and anyone late will jeopardize warm-up time for the team.
- Session 1 (15-18s): Meet on the lawn by 3:45pm; 4:30pm warm-ups; 5:30pm start time; Finish approx. 8:20pm
- Session 2 (9/10s): Meet on the lawn by 7:40am; 8:25am warm-ups; 9:20am start time; Finish approx. 12:30pm
- Session 3 (13/14s): Meet on the lawn by 1:15pm; 2:00pm warm-ups; 3:15pm start time; Finish approx. 6:15pm
- Session 4 (8Us): Meet on the lawn by 6:45am; 7:30am warm-ups: 9:15pm start time; Finish approx. 12:30pm
- Session 5 (11/12s): Meet on the lawn by 1:15pm; 2:00pm warm-ups: 3:15pm start time; Finish approx. 6:30pm
Carpooling: If possible, consider carpooling with other families. Note: Relays swim first so if your child is swimming only relays, look for other “only relay” kids. I am attaching a full list of our swimmers, their events, and parent contact information. Remember, if you are volunteering you will likely need to stay the whole session so consider this when arranging carpooling.
Parent Parking:
PUT THIS ADDRESS IN YOUR GPS: 355 Ferst Drive NW, Atlanta, GA 30318
W02 Student Center Lot. This is located across the street from the CRC/Aquatic Center.
- There is NO Parking allowed along the streets around the aquatic facility.

Results during the meet:
Meet Mobile will be used. You can download this app (free or very cheap) to see results and official times very close to real-time.
After Swimming
After your child finishes their last event, a Bull Pen parent will attempt to contact the parent listed as the person to pick up. Please pick up your phone and watch for texts. As time allows, a Bull Pen parent can escort your child to meet you in front of the Natatorium. This might not happen directly after they finish as our top priority is getting kids to their swims.
I will arrange for you to pick up their county awards, likely some time next week.
Thank you! We are almost there!!
Nancy
