Hi friends,

Logistical and timing information is starting to arrive from GCSL. I will be sharing details as soon as we receive them. Here are a few updates from my meeting last night. 

1. Pre-ordered county merch is available at the RM pool. Check with coaches for pickup during practice times. Limited quantities will be available at Ga Tech for purchase during the meet. 

2. Volunteer Shifts : Just like any meet, the county meet relies on volunteers. They divide shifts according to how many swimmers each team has in each session. Many roles get you on the pool deck and close to the action. 

You can find the vol signup sheet HERE. We MUST fill all roles by end of day tomorrow.

3. Meet Arrival Times : We will get our warm-up times tonight and will determine arrival times based on those. Expect an update on that tomorrow. 

Reminder on Approximate Session Times: 

Swimmers that qualify for county (individual and/or relays) will swim in the session for their age group only. You will not attend all sessions. Morning sessions typically warm up by 7:30 am. Afternoon sessions warm up around 1pm.

• 15-18s → Session 1 - Friday July 12 early evening
• 9-10s → Session 2 - Saturday July 13th morning
• 13-14s → Session 3 - Saturday July 13th afternoon
• 8 and Under → Session 4 - Sunday July 14th morning
• 11-12s → Session 5 - Sunday July 14th afternoon
