Is your swimmer interested in coaching this summer? We are accepting applications through April 1st for Jr and Assistant Coaches. This is a great first job for teens in a positive environment where they can learn valuable skills while working with friends.

Minimum Requirements for Coaching Applicants: 

• Currently in 7th grade or older 
• Experience with a summer or year-round swim team 
• Must provide your own transportation to practices and meets Applications are due by April 1st. 

Applications will be reviewed by the Racers Board and in-person interviews conducted in the month of April to confirm our coaching staff and have all contracts signed by May 1.
