Hello Racer families!

It is that time of year again where we get to declare our swimmer’s availability AND sign up for volunteer shifts for the swim meets. Sign-ups go live TOMORROW, Wednesday, May 6th at 6PM and will close for the season on May 15th at 9PM . Detailed instructions on how to sign up can be found by clicking the Meets & Events tab on our website.

Volunteer Open Enrollment - ACTION NEEDED

During the Volunteer Open Enrollment period, May 6th through 15th, you can select your own volunteer shifts. However, after that period ends if your family has not selected the required 4 shifts (plus the Practice Meet shift) per family, the volunteer coordinator will select the required shifts for you to meet the needs of the team. There will be limited flexibility at that point. Remember, we are a volunteer-run organization and depend on each family fulfilling their assignments to run the meets and to provide a great experience for your swimmers.

Based on our current numbers, we need each family to volunteer for the practice meet plus 4 regular season shifts.

Please feel free to read the volunteer descriptions prior to signing up if needed. All volunteers will be trained prior to your first shift.

ACTION NEEDED: Declare Swimmer Availability for Meets

In order to plan each meet, we need to know who is swimming. Your response is required, even if your swimmers are not available for the meet.

Note: Swimmers must attend at least 2 meets in order to qualify for county.
